The hormone connection
As health coaches, our job is to optimize health by addressing the underlying imbalances, toxicities, deficiencies, stress responses, and gut health—all of which play a significant role in exacerbating endocrine imbalances during hormonal and transitional times. It’s during these times that makes it even more important to focus on diet, sleep, toxin removal, all the while replacing deficiencies, addressing gut health, and eradicating pathogens like H. pylori and parasites.
If you don't address the causes that lead to hormone imbalance symptoms you're just using a band aid approach. Just because hormones change and deplete during life’s transitions does not make it a root cause; when in fact many women go through this hormonal shift without dramatic symptoms. The difference lies in identifying and addressing the underlying root causes.
